She said that seeing these photos all over the media has caused her to develop body dysmorphia. The TV star, 36, first admitted that she'd taken issue with the photos during last week's episode of her E! 'You definitely get a thick skin once you have been through it a lot, but pictures just keep coming up every day and they just won't let it go.

"I think with any relationship the key is to always have respect for one another", she wrote Monday according to PEOPLE. "Kim looked absolutely fantastic at the Met Ball, and even though I would hope those pictures would give her another surge of confidence and maybe realize it was just bad photos in Mexico, it seems that the Mexico pictures are never-ending", she said. "[It's a] full phobia - I freak out about everything". "You should see me naked in my bed doing this". So the three of them were impressing the Fashion World while Kortney and Khloe had stayed home.

The 36-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star - who released a book of selfies called "Selfish", endorsed a selfie phone case and even gave masterclasses on how to take the ideal selfie - claimed the photo trend was a "few years ago" now.

Speaking to the camera, Khloe says: "Kim is normally not this insecure".

Yet, back in Los Angeles, Kardashian's insecurities over her appearance and physical self-continued to be a gripping topic of discussion.

She adds that she believes social media is a factor in why Kim feels so down on herself.

On a happier note for the family, the sisters seemed very happy to see Kourt excited over her relationship with a new man! "You have been letting these things get into your soul", said Khloe.

Eventually, Kardashian came around to her sister's meddling. "Why do you need to see this nonsense?"

'Kourt, do you think I look a little skinnier?' Kim asks her sister after a few days of working out super hard, and her attitude about her body is making her loved ones sad.
