Justin Timberlake reunites with Super Bowl 'Selfie Kid'

Winner Then The Man In The Woods singer offered Ryan tickets to his concert which Ryan accepted in tears

"I knew that I wanted to end the performance with "Can't Stop The Feeling" just because I see how people respond to that song and then cut to Ryan", he recalled as his fan grinned from ear to ear on Ellen's stage.

"The lady told us we were in a good section, but we didn't know Justin would be there", he said.

"I can't believe this", he said.

Justin Timberlake's Super Bowl halftime show had been met with mixed reactions, but the event spurred a 534% sales gain for his music. That changed (sort of) when McKenna dropped by Ellen today and, to his surprise, reconnected with Timberlake over the phone (presumably, he was too busy promoting Man Of The Woods to visit in person).

The photo - and footage of Ryan trying to get his phone to snap the image - has made the seventh-grader a viral sensation.

He then clarified that he had actually been a few rows back when the star came up the steps, and that he had to do a little pushing to make his way to the singer's side. He also explained that the memes were created since McKenna was having phone troubles.

"It was so unexpected that you came down and because all of this has happened, I thought to myself I really wanna meet you properly", he added, before extending an invitation for McKenna to attend an upcoming show. I'm sure he will send you money and do all kinds of things.

Ryan, 13, certainly got what he deserved as he admitted he had to push through and nudge people out of the way in order to get the shot with Justin that went viral.

So the singer offered McKenna and his family tickets to his concert tour stop in Boston later this year.

McKenna said with eyes full of tears, "Thank you so much!" Not only will he be attending Timberlake's show and the luxury of meeting him again, he was gifted more by DeGeneres: - four tickets to a Patriots game and four pregame field passes for next season, courtesy of the NFL.
