Thomas Markle 'jealous' of Prince Charles after wedding

Thomas Markle has finally broken his silence as he expressed his regret at not walking his daughter Meghan down the aisle

Since Thomas had to drop out, Harry's dad, Prince Charles, walked the gorgeous bride down the aisle instead, which Thomas said was an honor.

Meghan Markle's dad Thomas has been banned from royal events for life after he blindsided the family with his surprise TV interview, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Mr. Markle also expressed remorse for staging paparazzi photos, which dominated headlines before the wedding and led to speculation that he was embarrassing his daughter.

On Brexit, Markle described Prince Harry's views as being "open to the experiment".

As for the invasion of his privacy after the engagement was announced, he said: 'I'm very proud of her, and I'll adjust to this.

The retired Hollywood lighting designer's interview with with Piers Morgan of "Good Morning Britain" started off well enough.

In Thomas' chat, though, he heaped praise on Meghan, saying she's "a prize to [Harry], as well..."

Although the newlyweds weren't in attendance on Monday, they were snapped attending another wedding over the weekend for Princess Diana's niece. "It was incredible watching her", he said. Harry said "I've got one of my military friends to look after you".

The new Duchess of Sussex wore a long-sleeved blue-and-white paisley shirt dress and white fascinator at the wedding of Princess Diana's niece, Ceila McCorquodale - exactly four weeks after her big day. "I sort of disagreed with that". I wish it had been me, but thank God he was there. "I can't think of a better replacement than someone like Prince Charles", he raved.

Prince Harry's comments on Trump may be surprising to some as it has been well reported that he enjoys a friendship with Trump's political foe Barack Obama.

"Donald Trump and Brexit, things like that, and he's an interesting guy", Thomas continued.

Thomas said he eventually spoke to Harry over the phone.

She added: "I think Harry will be very cross but I think he will put all his energy into caring for her. I apologized for it", he said. But news about Prince Harry expressing certain political views follows controversy from two years ago when Queen Elizabeth was being accused of backing Brexit in the European Union referendum. "Both Harry and Meghan were very forgiving about it". There was no real commitment for it. Just last week she attended a day of events solo with none other than Queen Elizabeth.
