Colbert Dissects The ‘Not So Hidden’ Message Melania Trump’s Jacket Conveyed

Melania Trump makes surprise visit to border facilities Melania Trump

This is what First Ladies often do. She knows this, and she wore a jacket with a message written out across the back that said, quite literally, "I really don't care".

During her visit, Melania asked what could be done to help facilitate the quick reunification of the migrant families. Trump tweeted. News of the first lady's surprise visit made a media splash on the heels of Trump's decision to end family separation with the power of the pen in an executive order. Wildfang released a line of "I Really Care" merchandise. "I REALLY DON'T CARE, DO U?" written on the back of Melania's jacket, refers to the Fake News Media.

She accompanied the touching message with a photo of her, wearing a different, cream jacket, meeting with children.

'Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!'

White House spokesperson Stephanie Grisham said there was nothing symbolic about the jacket.

The president's tweet came after commentators in the press were speculating Melania was really trolling him.

She posted: "Today's visit w the children in Texas impacted @flotus greatly".

You can take your words and all your lies.

The first lady's outerwear, which read "I really don't care, do u?" on the back, sparked intense backlash over the message it seemed to be sending. She added the tags #humanity and #decency, as well as several references in support of immigrant rights.

"Remember when Michelle Obama showed her bare arms and went to an oil spill, and Fox News went nuts?"

Another trip that deserves attention.

She said: "Her goals are to thank law enforcement and social services providers for their hard work, lend support and hear more on how the administration can build upon the already existing efforts to reunite children with their families".

Azar has been claiming that his department has been keeping track of the location and identities of the separated children and parents.

On Wednesday, the president said it was his wife and daughter Ivanka who had urged him to end the policy of separating parents who had tried to cross the USA southern border illegally from their children. So are the administrations Zero Tolerance for competence and basic humanity policies.
