Saturday's 2018 FIFA World Cup action features three games: Belgium vs. Tunisia, South Korea vs. Mexico and German vs. Sweden.

Germany, playing in the Group of Death, found itself looking at an early exit from the World Cup during Saturday's match against Sweden. "That was a setback but we had to digest that first but we knew we could claw our way back".

With Germany getting in behind Sweden's full backs at will and fizzing passes across the box, it looked like a matter of time before they scored, but Toivonen's goal gave Sweden breathing space.

Loew praised Sweden's "cohesiveness" and "strong mentality" but said Germany could overcome the challenge if it stuck to its winning formula from recent years. But Germany's win changes that big time. And, Germany look to stay within reach.

However, Germany must be anxious by this stats; Sweden have faced the reigning World Cup champion at the World Cup twice before and won both times. "Our deep bench will help us in this case". "Match! We are one team - on and off the pitch".

Low added that Germany needed to make "corrections" and be aware of the mistakes that were made against Mexico. The level of play is still not at a top level at this World Cup. As it stands, South Korea must beat Germany in their last group match and hope Mexico defeat Sweden to have a chance of progressing. South Korea, with zero points, could even advance.

Mexican fans celebrate at the Angel of Independence monument in Mexico City, Mexico on June 23, 2018 following Mexico's win against South Korea.

After the match, Chicharito (Hernandez) talked about Mexico's magical run thus far.

Mexico, which upset defending champion Germany in its opening match, took the lead when Vela converted from the penalty spot in the 26th minute. If Germany loses, El Tri are on to the Round of 16.

A draw against Sweden would put Mexico into the next round.

Carlos Vela gave Mexico the lead with a penalty after Korean defender Jang Hyun-soo blocked Andres Guardado's cross with his arm inside the area, before the nation's all-time leading goalscorer Javier Hernandez doubled their lead in the second half with his 50th global goal.

Next up: Both teams will return to the field Wednesday.

10 a.m. ET: Belgium 5, Tunisia 2: Belgium on cusp of Round of 16 after dominant performance. Now, the group is wide open. Truth be told, the Red Devils easily could've scored six or seven goals this game.

Don't let some of those stats fool you: this was a lopsided affair.

Next up: Belgium will play England on Thursday in what will be a major test for both clubs.
